When I submit a booty call, it never shows up. Why?

As stated on the booty call submission page, you need to make sure you pick a date and time in the future. Most people will choose today's date then put 1 am or 2 am as the time. Well, today at 1 am has already passed. So when you submit it, the system sees that the date and time have expired and deletes the booty call. You need to choose tomorrows date if you want to use anything between 12 am and the current time.
